People want food, drink, and music on Belle Isle, and the Belle Isle Conservancy is doing just that. Located at the historic White House just across the street from the Aquarium expect people eating drinking and being merry every Saturday in August from noon til 6pm.

Colin Self with Surgery Season

Colin Self is an artist via NYC and Berlin whose work incorporates music, dance, puppetry, and deconstructed choral group singing (through their project XOIR). I don’t know what’s in store, but as the link says…“expect the unexpected”.Thursday, August 27 through Sunday, August 30, in the afternoons/evenings
Windsor 2nd Annual Asian Night Market
@ Riverfront Festival Plaza, Windsor, Canada
Free
A full fledged night market on the river in Canada. You don’t even need to take a 12+ hour flight and it’s a great opportunity to drive over the new bridge.
